What we ask of students so that lessons go well for everyone.

Before the lesson

Book only times you can attend, and check the time zone shown.
If you cannot attend, cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Rescheduling needs at least 12 hours' notice and is possible up to 3 times per lesson.

During the lesson

Join on time from a quiet place, with a working microphone.
Be respectful to your teacher. Recording a lesson requires the teacher's agreement.
Use the whiteboard and chat only for the lesson.

After the lesson

Report a problem within 48 hours if something went wrong.
Reviews must be honest and about the lesson. You can leave one within 30 days.

Payments

Pay only through ShinyTeach. Do not share your account or resell lessons.
